The Gallery

The Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre is housed in a large, modern, architecturally award-winning building with views to Wollumbin / Mount Warning. Find out more about visiting the Gallery

The Gallery was relocated to this site in 2004 and extended in 2006. The Margaret Olley Art Centre opened as a purpose-built extension in 2014.

The Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre 2020 Year in Review marks a year of successes, rewarding our commitment to presenting quality programs and outstanding achievements for the Gallery.

Venue hire

Due to building maintenance The Frances Mills Education Centre will be unavailable for venue hire until further notice.

Frances Mills Education Centre - workshop terrace

The Frances Mills Education Centre is ideal for art classes, workshops, small seminars, lectures and group meetings.

To maintain safe social distancing the room can currently only accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

The space has accessible toilet facilities and access to the the Gallery’s gardens. The room has a kitchenette and fridge and catering can be arranged through the onsite café (Wednesday - Sunday).
